Key Responsibilities:
1、Verifyrequirements and functionalities from program management
2、Interfacewith ODM/OEM vendors for SW customization and localization etc.
3、Identifytechnical risks and opportunities for improvements
4、Createor participate in creating high level design and design estimation
5、Familiarwith Switch/Router/WLAN product SW architecture and design
6、Actas technical consultant for testers, and other downstream users of the content,upstream interface with HW
7、Ontimedelivery with high quality and adherence to corporate processes and procedures
8 Ensuringhigh quality delivery in adherence to industry standard quality systems (ISO,TL9000, CMMI)
9、Deliveryof individual SW features: Design, Coding, Unit Test (UT) & IntegrationTest (IT)
10、Supportfor product verification validation activities (consultation and defectresolution support)
Qualifications / Experience Required:
1.Bachelor’sdegree or above in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering,Telecommunications
2.7+years of experience working in Telecommunications, Enterprise or other relatedindustries
3.Goodwritten and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
4.Demonstratedtechnical leadership and software programming Proficiency using C, C++, andObject Oriented technologies
5.Richexperience in IP network domain with deep understanding to TCP/IP, QoS,Tunneling, Routing and Switching technologies
6.Experiencewith software engineering and life-cycle management
7.Experiencewith Linux and inter-process communication
Pluses:
1.Experiencein Bootrom, OS layer, driver layer or middle-ware development is an asset
2.Knowledgeof 802.11 protocol suite and WLAN technology is preference
3 . Experience in java and SNMP etc
